The Role

• Provide exceptional, service-oriented advice to customers, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Ensure the store maintains a consistently clean, tidy, and appealing presentation.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales promotion initiatives.
• Actively participate in all store operations, including stocking, pricing, and operating the cash register.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed retail training with some prior professional experience, or a motivated career changer eager to learn.
• Demonstrated friendliness, enjoy customer interaction, and possess an independent, efficient work style.
• A strong sense of team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability.
• Enthusiasm for the world of motorcycling, or ideally, existing knowledge of the subject.
