Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Migration Architect / Pod Lead to provide technical leadership for complex enterprise application migrations from on-premises environments to AWS Outposts and hybrid cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining migration strategies, designing target-state architectures, leading infrastructure and application modernization initiatives, and driving end-to-end technical execution for migration pods.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in AWS, hybrid cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, networking, automation, enterprise migration, and application modernization. Hands-on experience with Java 8 to Java 17/21 modernization, Spring Boot upgrades, dependency remediation, CI/CD integration, and cloud-readiness improvements is highly desirable.

This role requires close collaboration with application, infrastructure, security, networking, database, DevOps, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and low-risk cloud migrations while maintaining enterprise architecture and operational standards.
