Job Description
The Epicor Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing the installation, configuration, operation, performance, and maintenance of the Epicor ERP system hardware and software, along with related infrastructure.
Essential Skills
- 5 years of experience supporting ERP software or equivalent enterprise systems.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database.
- 2 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management.
- 1 year of experience documenting Knowledge Base Articles and SOPs.
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical major or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Epicor ERP 10.x system administration, SQL Server, and Microsoft Server/Client Systems Support.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Experience upgrading Epicor ERP to version 10.x.
- Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft.
- Understanding or experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Successfully work collaboratively and with minimal supervision.
