Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive AI-led Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) transformation using Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered tools and frameworks to improve software design, development, testing, deployment, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement AI-driven solutions across the SDLC lifecycle.
Develop and integrate Generative AI applications using LLMs.
Build AI-powered coding, testing, documentation, and automation solutions.
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
Utilize AI coding assistants and AI-enabled development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to identify AI adoption opportunities.
Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM outputs.
Implement AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Support CI/CD integration for AI-enabled development workflows.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AI orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, embeddings, and AI agents.
Understanding of modern SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI-assisted software development platforms.
Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services.
Experience implementing AI-powered developer productivity solutions.
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools.
