Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conversational AI / GenAI Architect with 10–15 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Java, Python, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Conversational AI solutions using Sierra, along with experience in LangChain or similar AI/GenAI frameworks.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and scalable enterprise applications and will be responsible for designing and delivering intelligent, enterprise-grade conversational experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and architect Conversational AI solutions using Sierra.

Build intelligent, context-aware conversational experiences leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data sources.

Integrate Conversational AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and backend systems.

Develop scalable applications and services using Java and Python.

Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS.

Apply strong system design and architecture principles to build highly scalable, reliable, secure, and performant solutions.

Leverage Sierra and/or LangChain for AI orchestration, agent workflows, tool integration, and conversational experiences.

Design solutions involving LLM orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, memory/context management, and AI agents.

Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices required to support Conversational AI solutions.

Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Evaluate emerging GenAI and Conversational AI technologies and recommend appropriate
