An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Project Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Belfast

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the successful launch of new products, coordinating all activities from early-stage development through to full-scale manufacturing readiness while meeting delivery, cost, quality, and output objectives.

· Identify and implement manufacturing and engineering improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product performance.

· Oversee the planning and execution of capital investment programmes, including business case preparation, approval processes, and expenditure control.

· Maintain financial accountability for projects and departmental activities, ensuring expenditure is controlled, targets are met, and performance is communicated to stakeholders.

· Collaborate closely with commercial teams to evaluate new opportunities, provide technical guidance, develop manufacturing strategies, and support customers throughout the quotation and award process

Requirements

· Degree in an engineering related subject

· 3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
