◆ JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional who values a stable work schedule and enjoys supporting daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday hours and a long-term opportunity with a growing company. Candidates seeking short-term, seasonal, or temporary employment may not be the best fit.
◆ WORKING HOURS
- Monday through Friday
- 4 hours per day (EX: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm)
- Consistent weekly schedule
Responsibilities
- Process receipts for everyone in the office and understand the correct information and process for reimbursement.
- Put receipt information in the purchase item list and submit it to headquarters within the due date.
- Manage, fill out, and submit time attendance sheets.
- Manage and prepare customer lists, NET pricing forms, Terms and Conditions, and contracts.
- Troubleshoot shipping problems.
- Process orders from customers and from sales representatives.
- Update customer lists as needed and update the AR list daily.
- Contact customers' accounting departments by phone or email to help ensure payments are made by the due date.
- Make sample kits.
- Help send DMs and ship packages.
- Update target sales sheets for each customer.
- Make appointments with customers.
- Check office supply stock and place orders with manager approval.
- Manage and check sample stock twice each month and place orders with manager approval.
- Take phone calls.
- Receive packages.
- Manage morning announcements and company notices.
- Report daily progress, problems, and proposals to the manager.
- Handle other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Job duties are not limited to the list above.
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver license
- Read, write and speak business level English
- Ability to lift min. 40 pounds
- Able to type 30 words within 1 minute without any mistakes
- Ability to stay seated 4+ hours
- Ability to use MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Windows operation system, and Google
- Paid Sick Leave
- Company Party (twice a year)
- Pay range: $21.80/hr-$24.10/hr
