Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in complex IT/technology environments, with strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitatio.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, plus strong Microsoft Visio skills for process and.
• Experience collaborating with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, service delivery.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with documentation recovery, knowledge management, process standardization, and documenting cybersecurity, infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SharePoint governance, ITIL, NIST, CIS, government/regulated environments, or certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, or ITIL Foundation.
