Job Title: Peoplesoft Business Analyst

Location: 2 in-office days at local Deloitte office per week.

Duration: 6+ Months

Level Required for Primary Skill Expert (12+ years of US experience - Minimum 10+ Yrs of US exp required to clear BG)

Checklist

MySQL Expert (10+ years experience)

FTP - File Transfer Protocol Advanced (6-9 years experience)

PeopleSoft Intermediate (3-5 years experience)

Additional Details for Role

This is a HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days at local Deloitte office per week. Travel costs are not reimbursable

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate technical requirements documents into clear business requirements and actionable deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution development.
• Write and analyze complex SQL queries involving multiple joins and effective-dated records (EFFDTs).
• Support data transfers and integrations using FTP/SFTP.
• Analyze and work with PeopleSoft tables related to:
• Benefits
• Payroll
• Job
• Document findings, data requirements, process impacts, and recommended solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements documents.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Experience working with complex joins and effective-dated records (EFFDTs).
• Knowledge of FTP/SFTP processes and file transfers.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft tables, specifically Benefits, Payroll, and Job.
