Erzieher (m/w/d) | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Co-therapeutic patient support through guided conversations.
  • Planning and leading group sessions to foster participant development.
  • Assisting patients during meals and exposure therapy to build stability.
  • Active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing insights.
  • Providing holistic and empathetic individual patient care.
  • Working within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient support.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a qualified educator (Erzieher m/w/d).
  • Previous experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care is advantageous.
