The Role

• Develop new business through prospecting and managing assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with commercial clients.
• Utilize marketing tools and provided technology to drive sales and manage agreements.
• Achieve sales goals by effectively presenting products and services.
• Educate customers on pest prevention, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need

• Sales or customer relationship development experience preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company paid).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
