Telecommunications Sales Representative

MCI Careers is hiring Cable Sales Agents to join our high-energy Sales & Business Development team in the telecommunications industry. In this performance-driven, fast-paced contact center role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, match customers with cable and internet solutions, and consistently hit sales and customer satisfaction targets. You'll use CRM tools, follow proven scripts, overcome objections, and upsell services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote cable and internet services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications packages
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets
• Use CRM and contact center tools to document interactions and process orders
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines while adapting to customer needs
• Perform basic troubleshooting and explain technical features in simple terms
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue per customer
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve results
• Adhere to schedule, quality standards, and all company policies
