Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Data Centres / MEP<br />Hybrid, North Kent<br />£45/h - £60/h dependent on experience<br />Duration 9-12 months<br />Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Design / Building Services / MEP / Consultancy / Mechanical Design Engineer / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer<br />This role is to join an established building services design consultancy, where you will be focused on the design of data centre projects.<br />The people you will be working alongside are a friendly enthusiastic team of engineers with collaboration at centre of their culture.<br />Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will include involvement in the full cycle of projects from client briefs and planning, though to design and supervision and finally completion.
• Carrying out the detailed mechanical services design and calculations.
• Production/writing of mechanical specifications, schedules, reports and technical papers.
• Attend a wide range of meetings from client, design team and site.<br />Experience &amp; Qualifications
• Degree / HND / HNC in Mechanical Engineering, preferred although not essential
• Design experience in mechanical building systems.
• Previous data centre design experience is essential.
• Confident user of industry standard software
