About the role

As a Project Architect, you'll lead projects from concept through to construction, working closely with Project Directors to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes. You'll guide the design and technical development of projects, lead project coordination, mentor junior team members and ensure client briefs are realised through thoughtful design, technical excellence and effective delivery.

What you'll bring

We're looking for an experienced Project Architect who brings:

• Registration as an Architect in Australia, with 10+ years post-graduate experience delivering complex architectural projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-quality multi-residential and large-scale projects through all stages, from concept to construction.
• Strong technical expertise, including proficiency in Revit and a thorough understanding of project coordination and delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of the NCC, ADG and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• The confidence to take initiative, lead project teams and build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing programme, budget and project risk.
• A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for mentoring emerging talent and contributing to a positive studio culture.
• A commitment to design quality, technical excellence and helping shape the future direction of projects and the practice.
