HR Care Center Lead

Inova Health is looking for a dedicated HR Shared Services Lead to join the team. Full-time Day Shift: Monday–Friday.

HR Shared Services Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members
• Handles escalations of complex customer concerns
• Provides customer experience mentoring as needed
• Collaborates with support team and leaders to provide ideas to improve performance and operations
• Coordinates the activities of a team members
• Monitors task completion and ensures performance goals are met
• Conducts regular and meaningful quality coaching and training
• Partners with department leaders to provide feedback for annual performance reviews

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle & ServiceNow systems

• At least 1 year of HR experience

• Supervisor/Team Lead experience
