• 7+ years of HR generalist experience
• Familiarity with Provider Recruitment (NP’s & PA’s) and Compensation
• Scaling HR business processes in start-up environments
• Serve as a business partner to senior leadership team
• Preference for Healthcare Industry – Large scale physician groups
• Proficient understanding of HR company policies, processes, and procedures
• Proficient understanding of Payroll, 401K/Plan administration, Employee Benefits
