As a Product Marketing Manager, you are a key business leader and part of the
Systems Irvine Business Unit whose product portfolio includes optical systems, light sources, sensors, lens assemblies, optics, coating and manufacturing services.

You will be responsible for bringing a new segment of business online which includes product strategy, roadmap, sales pipeline, and new market growth opportunities. Your priority and focus are with emerging customers and internal stakeholders to develop and lead strategies to maximize growth, profit, and customer satisfaction. In this exciting, strategic role, you will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing in the Systems Irvine Business
Unit.

• Directs the development of company market requirements for a new market,
• Drive the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product
• Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product
• Conducts market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies
• Establishes pricing strategies
• Collaborates with engineering, operations, supply chain and sales to enhance
• Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments
• Is the technical advisor for specific product(s) assigned
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation

Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a science, engineering, or
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or business
• 3+ years of experience in optical systems or laser technologies with the
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in driving growth,
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and pricing
• Skilled at translating broad concepts and business goals into structured
• Collaborative leader with a track record of working cross-functionally with
• Ability to act as a technical advisor for product lines, with the confidence
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Pay Range: $110,000 to $160,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
