Responsibilities:
Manage medical marketing projects
Work with clients and internal teams
Coordinate account onboarding and provision of marketing services
Ensure project completion within budget and schedule
Maintain client expectations and manage project scope
Prepare marketing campaign reports and conduct review calls with clients
Perform quality control to ensure complete client satisfaction
Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns
Track project milestones and deliverables
