Quick overview
Job description
Who We Are
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist to help bring Neostella’s campaigns, product stories, and go-to-market programs to life. This role sits at the intersection of campaign marketing, demand generation, content, and product marketing, with responsibility for executing across email, web, content, sales enablement, and other marketing channels.
The ideal candidate has direct experience creating marketing materials and executing campaigns, enjoys variety, and can turn strategy and ideas into high-quality deliverables.
Why This Role Matters Right Now
Neostella is scaling quickly, and as we grow, the way we communicate our brand, products, and expertise becomes increasingly important. Clear, consistent messaging across our digital channels helps educate prospects, engage customers, and support our growth initiatives.
The Marketing Generalist will work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to develop and execute marketing initiatives that connect our solutions to customer needs.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of deliverables, manages multiple projects, and works independently with guidance from the team. You should be comfortable translating technical product information into straightforward, engaging content for audiences who may not be familiar with our technology.
What You’ll Manage
You’ll own the execution of key marketing deliverables across email, web, content, and campaign channels. Working closely with Demand Generation, Solutions Marketing, Events, and Design, you’ll help ensure our messaging is consistent, our campaigns are delivered on time, and our marketing materials support business priorities.
This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
You combine creativity with execution. You can turn ideas into clear messaging, develop marketing materials yourself, and distribute content through the right channels to reach the intended audience.
You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally. You take ownership of your work, use performance data to inform decisions, and consistently move projects forward.
