Technical Lead - Sr. Full Stack Engineer

TOP 3 5 NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

1. 2-4 years hands-on technical lead experience over a small team
2. 6-10 years design, development of consumer and enterprise applications for iOS, Android and the web
3. 6-10 years using Flutter, Dart and Typescript/JavaScript full-stack development
4. Experience with cloud platforms and PaaS/FaaS architectures, preferably Google Cloud Platform and Firebase
5. Soft skills: Highly self-directed and accountable, comfortable taking full ownership of a technical area, able to mentor and guide other engineer, capable of stepping in as the hiring manager's technical backup
6. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science

SKILLS THAT WOULD MAKE THIS HIRE STAND OUT

Experienced with or highly knowledgeable about AI agents / agentic AI
Experience with Python is a plus
