What You'll Bring to the Table

Proven Leadership:
A minimum of
3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership setting. Acquisition Expertise is a Must:
Demonstrated, successful experience in vehicle acquisition
, including sourcing, bidding, and purchasing inventory through auctions, trade-ins, and other channels. You know how to find the right cars at the right price.

Sales and Profit Mastery

A deep understanding of market trends, inventory management, pricing strategies, and maximizing gross profit per unit (GPU).

Team Development

The ability to recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Process Driven

Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores and adherence to all dealership and ethical sales processes
Additional Requirements
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must have valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Education and/or Experience
Must have management experience.
