Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical ProjectProgram Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional execution of Robotics New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through mass production. The TPM will drive program planning, engineering execution, validation, manufacturing readiness, supplier engagement, and launch activities across hardware, firmware, software, AIML, mechanical, electrical, reliability, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

To Lead NPI product development programs from concept, architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, verification, validation, EMC compliance, manufacturing transfer, Mass Production Release.

To work with different teams contributing to program including Hardware, Firmware, Embedded Software, PCB Design, and Production Test engineering teams.

To Conduct architecture reviews, schematic reviews, PCB layout reviews, and design reviews while mentoring engineers across multiple technical disciplines.

To Lead mechanical and electrical and bring-up.

Manage project schedules, staffing plans, Vendor selection, component approvals, and technical risk across multiple projects.

To lead hardware programs through ODMCM ecosystems

To accelerate manufacturing line bring-up and resolve technical issues by following up with ODMs during new product introduction.

Skill Requirements

10+ years of experience in Leading a multidisciplinary engineering organization of spanning hardware, firmware, embedded software, PCB design, and production test engineering

Experience reviewing designs produced by external engineering teams or ODMs and providing technical feedback on component selection and design trade-offs

Experience in technical oversight for complex mixed-signal hardware architectures incorporating high-speed SoCs, DDR memory, USB, Ethernet, high-speed serial interfaces, precision analog electronics, embedded processors, and power electronics. Conducted architecture reviews, HDL reviews, schematic reviews, PCB layout reviews, and system integration while mentoring engineers from junior through principal levels.

Core strength is program management: owning schedule, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery.
