Position: ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Location: Houston, TX (Weekly 4 days onsite)

Job Description:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform solutions across ITSM, PPM/SPM, and related modules
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
• Write clean, well-documented JavaScript/GlideScript; follow platform development best practices
• Work with Flow Designer, Update Sets, Studio IDE, and Service Portal as needed
• Collaborate with the Architect and engagement principal to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and UAT support
• Contribute to platform documentation, test scripts, and deployment runbooks

Required

• 4 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI customization
• Experience with at least two core modules: ITSM, PPM/SPM, ITOM, ITAM, or CSM
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub
• ServiceNow certifications a plus: CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CAD preferred
• Exposure to CMDB, Service Catalog, and reporting/dashboards
• Agile/scrum experience; can operate independently and flag blockers early
• Public sector or regulated industry experience is a bonus you'll be working in those environments.
