Job Description - Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential partners across Home Related / Lifestyle Category such as Home Interior / Home Automation / FMEG / Home Furnishing etc through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct market research to understand partnership trends and opportunities.
  • Develop compelling pitches and proposals to onboard new strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and addressing concerns.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets & onboarding Brands. Maintaining & retention of brands will be core part of role.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to execute partnership strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of partner offerings into Reloy's loyalty programs.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities


Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.


Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.


Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic alliances.
