Business Development Manager (BDM) - Design

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining existing clients
  • Active engagement of clients for the purpose of procuring work
  • Reporting to the Management team details of client recruitment and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and project deliverables
  • Managing project costs, budgets and client expectations
  • Anticipating and making recommendations for client needs
  • Being exceptionally responsive to all client requests
  • Coordinating projects by communicating effectively with client, creative, and technical teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Working with creative and technical teams to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, and constantly learn new technology
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude to every client, both old and new
  • Creating project plans including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, and project folders
  • Quality assurance including proofreading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and DigiGround's brand mandates
  • Managing budgets and timelines
  • Reviewing, preparing and following up on invoices and payments from clients
  • Meeting quarterly sales targets

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with current and potential customers
  • Driven to achieve company targets and goals
  • Enthusiastically chasing down leads for conversion
  • Experience in digital or technology related sales
  • Wants to work in a diverse and fun team
