MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER4 on 4 off Days & Nights Salary up to £52,475 Join a highly automated distribution centre where you'll work on state-of-the-art material handling systems including automated stacker cranes, conveyor systems, monorails, and pallet handling equipment. We are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers to join our client's busy distribution centre in Corby. You will need to be confident electrically and mechanically assist the wider engineering and operations teams, as well as confident working at height. As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all machinery and equipment across the site within a temperature-controlled environment. Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Proven expertise in Mechanical and Electrical maintenance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving maintenance environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Working to a planned maintenance schedule and responding to breakdowns.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
• Confident working at heights

Skills and Qualifications Required for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical and electrical engineering. Minimum Level 3 qualification.
• Previous experience in a maintenance role within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
