Job Title: Construction Building Superintendent
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Building Superintendent to lead field operations on complex construction projects from start to finish. This position plays a key role in driving safe, timely, and profitable delivery while coordinating teams, managing site activities, and supporting quality across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations to support safe, timely, and profitable completion of assigned projects.
• Oversee construction activities including site work, concrete, structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior scope coordination.
• Manage safety documentation, daily field reporting, progress tracking, and project records such as QA/QC documents and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, project management, and field teams to support scheduling, compliance, punch lists, RFIs, and turnover packages.

Required:

• Construction Superintendent / Field Supervision experience.
• 7+ years of construction management or craft supervision experience, depending on education level:
  • Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of experience; OR
  • Associate degree + 9 years of experience; OR
  • High School Diploma/GED + 11 years of experience.
• Strong construction safety background.
• Subcontractor management and project scheduling experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Ability to meet company driving requirements.
