🔑 Mandatory Technical Experience

• Node.js OR Salesforce (SF) Integration — Mandatory

• Strong experience in technical product management and software delivery

• Hands-on experience with Node.js, APIs, OAuth, and integrations

• Experience with AI enablement using Node.js is highly preferred

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete lifecycle of complex software initiatives, from scoping and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch evaluation.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives while tracking velocity, capacity, and sprint health.

• Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams, translating business objectives into technical execution.

• Contribute to production-ready code using Node.js, APIs, OAuth, and Salesforce integrations.

• Lead technical system design and evaluate architectural trade-offs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices, including testing and CI/CD automation.

• Debug complex full-stack issues, optimize database queries, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production incidents.

• Identify technical/project blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and protect the development team from scope creep.

• Mentor engineers and help build a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
