The Role • Guide the development and evolution of innovative dealer software solutions, focusing on emerging technologies like AI and ML. • Define product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product adoption. • Document requirements, manage feature development, and provide recommendations to agile release train teams. • Analyze product performance and champion data-driven improvements. • Uncover new go-to-market solutions and strategies through rapid prototyping and direct client feedback. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics. • Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred. • Automotive industry experience, with a focus on dealer software, is preferred.
