Ideal Candidate

A Technical Product Owner with strong Agile expertise, hands-on experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving product delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills, experience with JIRA, Figma, and Git, and be local to Whippany, NJ for a 3-day onsite hybrid schedule.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• 8+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience
• Strong experience as a Technical Product Owner
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Expertise in Product Backlog Management & Prioritization
• Experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Strong Backlog Grooming / Refinement
• Experience creating Product Roadmaps
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong collaboration with Engineering & Architecture teams
• Experience leading Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with Figma (Wireframing/Mockups)
• Knowledge of Git/Version Control
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

 Preferred Skills

• Banking / Financial Services experience
• Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments
• API or Digital Product experience
• UI/UX collaboration experience
• Metrics-driven product management
