Job Title: Workday Product Manager – Adaptive Planning (Functional)

Job Description
- Lead the Workday Adaptive Planning product roadmap, enhancements, and functional strategy.
- Drive end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate system enhancements.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning solutions.
- Configure and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, versions, assumptions, and security.
- Prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Manage release planning, UAT, change management, and user training activities.
- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and Workday support teams to resolve complex issues.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, EPM, or Workday solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Active Workday Pro Certification – Adaptive Planning (Mandatory).
- Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and production support.
- Experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead.
- Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Financials integration experience.
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale planning and finance transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
