Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12-Month Contract + Possible Extension

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior o9 Solutions Functional Consultant with deep expertise in supply chain planning, integrated business planning (IBP), demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end o9 platform implementations.

This is a highly strategic, client-facing role responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable o9 solutions. The ideal consultant will bring a strong combination of supply chain domain expertise, enterprise planning experience, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on o9 configuration experience.

Candidates who are primarily technical developers without significant supply chain planning expertise will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead o9 Solution design, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across planning organizations.
• Translate business processes into functional designs and system configurations.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design and optimize Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, IBP, Inventory Planning, and scenario modeling processes.
• Support Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Digital Brain solution design.
• Drive data validation, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, master data, and system architecture.
• Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Support change management, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of supply chain planning experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on o9 Solutions implementation experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle o9 implementations.
• Strong experience with:
