Fire & Security Service Engineer Service & Maintenance | M25 Corridor £40,000 - £47,000 DOE + Overtime + Bonuses + 25 Days Holiday + Company Vehicle We’re looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established team, covering the M25 Corridor and surrounding areas.

The Role As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of fire alarm and electronic security systems at commercial and private client sites throughout the M25 Corridor. Your responsibilities will include:

Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems<br />Carrying out fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs<br />Completing planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits<br />Carrying out small works, upgrades, modifications and system expansions where required<br />Working with systems and manufacturers including Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton<br />Supporting a range of high-profile commercial clients, including business parks, commercial premises and private estates<br />Completing service documentation accurately and ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard<br />Managing your own workload and working independently on site<br />Providing a professional and customer-focused service<br />Participating in a 1-in-5 call-out rota, with a standby allowance<br />What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced Fire &amp; Security Service Engineer with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in developing their career.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Proven experience as a Fire &amp; Security Engineer<br />Strong technical experience across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and/or access control<br />Solid servicing, maintenance and fault-finding experience<br />Experience working with systems such as Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton would be advantageous<br />Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills<br />A professional, customer-focused approach<br />Excellent communication skills<br />The ability to work independently and manage your own workload<br />A full UK driving licence<br />A genuine interest in continuing to develop your technical skills<br />What’s On Offer £40,000 - £47,000 basic salary, depending on experience<br />Overtime paid at T1.5 after 37.5 hours<br />Sales commission<br />Annual Christmas / retention bonus<br />25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays<br />Company vehicle with personal use permitted<br />Fuel card / company credit card<br />Laptop and company mobile phone<br />Test equipment and power tools provided<br />Pension scheme<br />Ongoing training and development<br />1-in-5 call-out rota with standby allowance<br />Why Join?
