Job Description

IDR is seeking a Systems Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Washington, D.C. This role is a critical technical leadership position supporting the organization's eDiscovery and litigation management environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform stability, configuring and troubleshooting RelativityOne environments, and supporting litigation teams with training and technical guidance.

Position Overview for the Systems Manager:
  • Administers and supports complex RelativityOne environments for large-scale eDiscovery operations.
  • Ensures platform compliance, stability, and security to meet legal and organizational standards.
  • Provides technical leadership in workspace configuration, access management, and troubleshooting.
  • Supports production workflows, search strategies, and implements improvements to the eDiscovery system.
  • Collaborates with litigation teams to provide training and ensure efficient use of the platform.

Requirements for the Systems Manager:
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • 5+ years supporting large-scale eDiscovery and litigation projects.
  • Strong command of Relativity and RelativityOne administration, including configuration and permissions management.
  • Experience in production support with a focus on compliance, defensibility, and QC procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of training remote and in-office litigation teams.
