TITLE TO POST: Advisor .NET CORE Developer (AI/Healthcare Membership)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions,
and ensure alignment with business objectives
Conduct critical analysis and problem-solving to address complex technical and
functional challenges.
Drive continuous improvement in release cadence and operational efficiency.
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for technical initiatives.
Strengthen our capabilities as you design, develop, install, test and document
applications software including server, client and web components
Play a vital role in designing, documenting and delivering technical architecture
solution elements
Support coordination between application architects and developers to make sure
design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients
Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed
application solution designs for clients
Focus on the details as you develop technical documentation and test plans to
support integration and deployment
Advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients by working closely
with software developers
What we're looking for
9+ years of experience in application and user interface development,
programming, and AI using Microsoft .NET technologies: C#, ASP.NET, and .NET
Core Blazor
SQL/PL SQL with Oracle and SQL Server
MVC and Web API
HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
Healthcare IT systems with specific Membership domain experience

AI Model Development Design, build, and train machine learning and deep
o learning models, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions for
o healthcare applications.
End-to-End AI Solution Deployment Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud
o and on-premise environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and real-world
o impact.
Data Engineering & Processing Work with large healthcare datasets, performing
o data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training while ensuring
o compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
System Integration Implement and optimize AI models within Gainwell s existing
o technology stack, collaborating with software engineers to ensure seamless
o integration.
Performance Optimization Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize AI models
o for accuracy, efficiency, and speed, leveraging MLOps best practices.
AI Research & Innovation Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements,
o exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance solution effectiveness.
Compliance & Security Ensure AI implementations adhere to healthcare industry
o regulations, ethical AI principles, and data privacy standards.
Automation & Workflow Enhancement Identify opportunities to automate
o workflows and optimize business processes using AI-driven solutions.
Experience developing, deploying and finetuning LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude or
o similar) for real world applications including prompt engineering, model
o optimization and inference efficiency.
Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into
o AI-driven solutions.
o What we're looking for
9+ years of experience in Application Development, programming and AI,
Extensive AI/ML Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on
o work with GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision.
Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like
o TensorFlow and PyTorch; experienced with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude) including
o prompt engineering and optimization.
Scalable Deployment Skills: Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform),
o MLOps practices, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL).
Domain Knowledge: Strong problem-solving abilities with a plus for experience in
healthcare AI and understanding of regulatory standards like HIPAA and CMS.
