Senior IBM Master Data Management(MDM) & Integration Developer

Required Skills

• 8 years of software development experience supporting enterprise-scale systems
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v14.x Standard Edition (Virtual MDM), including MDM data models, entities, transactions, batch processing, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka

Position Details

• 100% support and maintenance
• Projected to be a 1-year contract, dependent on business need

Interview Process

Virtual, but if the candidate is local, they will likely be asked to come on-site for the second round. Please ensure local candidates are willing to do this. Mostly technical interview with hiring manager and other team members with a little soft skills portion at the end. Likely to only be 1 round, but could be more if needed.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid position, Mondays and Tuesdays are required on-site days (non-negotiable). In-office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.

Location

• Open to local candidates or those willing to relocate to Lansing. MUST be able to relocate from day one with no delays at their own expense (non-negotiable).
• Candidates must meet all these requirements from the beginning.
