SAP Developer

We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise-level SAP solutions. If you love writing clean custom code, optimizing system workflows, and tackling complex integration challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To excel in this position, your background should include strong experience across these core areas:

• SAP Development: Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP Development and SAP Java Development to write, test, debug, and maintain custom code.
• Configuration & Customization: Proven ability to adjust SAP software settings to support business rules, system validations, and default workflows.
• Enhancements & Interfaces: Experience developing SAP enhancements, interfaces, forms, reports, and data integrations.
• Upgrades & Release Management: Track record of supporting SAP system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and functional release changes.
• Troubleshooting: Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills to resolve application issues and integration defects.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

• Public Sector / State government SAP initiative experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, middleware, and enterprise-level environments.
• Complete understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Main Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust SAP technical solutions by collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for custom development configurations and support processes.
• Provide production support, maintenance, and system optimization for SAP applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent enterprise experience).
