Job Title: Lead QA Automation Engineer Python & Playwright
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ years
Contract: 12 months plus

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Python, Playwright, Pytest, and UI/E2E test automation.
Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Hands-on experience integrating automated tests with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in API testing, database validation, and test data management.
Expertise in cross-browser testing, parallel execution, reporting, tracing, and flaky-test stabilization.
Experience defining automation strategies, quality gates, and test coverage.
Experience leading QA teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring automation engineers.
Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled QA automation is preferred.
