Role Descriptions: Architecture & Strategy

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds and enterprise platforms

Define target-state architecture| roadmaps| and governance frameworks

Establish enterprise standards for scalability| performance| and security

Solution Design & Implementation

Design and oversee:

Configurations| customizations| and development using Apex| LWC| and Flows

Integration frameworks using APIs| middleware| and event-driven patterns

Data architecture| migration strategies| and governance models

Enterprise Integration:

Define API-led and event-based integration strategies across Salesforce and external systems

Work with middleware platforms (e.g.| MuleSoft) for enterprise integration solutions

Governance & Best Practices:

Drive adoption of: DevOps methodologies

CI/CD pipelines and release strategies

Develop and maintain reusable frameworks| reference architectures| and design patterns

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Partner with IT| business stakeholders| and clients to:

Understand requirements

Identify pain points

Translate business needs into scalable solutions

Lead architecture workshops| reviews| and design approvals

Delivery Leadership:

Lead large-scale Salesforce programs involving: Cross-functional teams

Multi-cloud and multi-system integrations

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and developers

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and industry trends

Evaluate and recommend Salesforce AppExchange products and enhancements

Drive innovation through emerging capabilities (AI| automation| data platforms
