Comp: $60K to $95K base Salary + Bonus and Commissions
OTE(On Target Earnings):
$140K
We are seeking a results-driven
Commercial
HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Montgomery, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing sales of HVAC and process systems, from identifying opportunities to project execution. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions.

Consult with new and existing clients to identify HVAC needs and present appropriate solutions. Generate and qualify new sales leads. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and technical insight. Manage quotes efficiently and drive sales to meet or exceed annual targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. A minimum of 3-7 years of Commercial HVAC project sales and Estimating, retrofit, or related technical sales experience

Proven success in managing HVAC projects from proposal through execution. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
