Acrylic Bath Sales Representative to join our team in San Jose, CA.

You will guide customers through the entire sales process—from consultation to project completion—while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored acrylic bath solutions
Present product options, pricing, and project timelines clearly and professionally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project success
Deliver a superior customer experience from start to finish
Proven sales and customer service experience
~ Ability to build trust and close high-value sales
~ Proficient with basic computer applications (CRM, scheduling, etc.)
~3+ years of in-home sales experience strongly preferred
~ High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential ($100K–$325K+)
