Fire & Security Service Engineer – £30,000–£40,000 – North East- OTE £50,000- £60,000

• £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• £50,000 – £60,000 realistic earning potential including overtime & travel time

• Immediate start available Fire & Security Service Engineer – Overview An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join an established and growing engineering team covering the North East. This is a regional Fire & Security Service Engineer position covering areas including Newcastle, Durham, Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and fault-finding across a range of fire and security systems, working across commercial, industrial and residential premises. Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
• Attend reactive maintenance and fault-finding visits, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine servicing.
• Work across commercial, industrial and residential sites.
• Travel throughout the North East, including Newcastle, Durham, Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas.
• Complete service reports and relevant job documentation.
• Provide a professional service to customers and represent the company positively on site.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship, health & safety and compliance. Fire & Security Service Engineer – Experience & Skills Required
• The successful Fire & Security Service Engineer will ideally have experience working across a range of fire and security systems.
• Experience with some of the following manufacturers and systems would be advantageous:Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Advanced, Kentec, Ziton, C-TEC, Hikvision, Paxton and other similar fire and security systems
• You should be comfortable working independently, fault-finding on site and dealing professionally with customers.
