Job Description

Robert Half has partnered with a boutique Investment Management Firm based in central London in search of a Executive Assistant to join the fast growing business.


The Role:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a 3 Partners and at their London office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will act as the right hand to the Partners, handling a range of administrative and personal support tasks to ensure the efficient management of daily activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including internal and external meetings, calls, and events. Prioritize and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all travel documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft, review, and handle emails, correspondence, and confidential information.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and investment documentation as required. Conduct research to support project and meeting requirements.
  • Meeting Support: Organise and set up meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office management tasks, including filing, expenses, record-keeping, and invoice processing.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar EA or PA role, preferably within the finance, investment, asset management, or private equity.


  • Skills:
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Attributes: Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently and collaboratively. A positive and professional attitude, with a high level of maturity and integrity.
