Summary: • Lead AI tools and infrastructure engineering initiatives to build and maintain next-generation AI capabilities. • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into developer workflows, design intuitive interfaces, and modify open-source software to meet organizational requirements. • Oversee production deployments on cloud infrastructure leveraging containerization, CI/CD, and Site Reliability Engineering methodologies.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 12+ years • Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly Job Description: • Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality AI tools, infrastructure, and customer-facing applications. • Serve as a technical lead, driving adoption of new technologies, establishing technical standards, and mentoring junior engineers. • Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of production AI services using SRE best practices. • Engage with stakeholders to conduct requirements elicitation and translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions. • Modify and enhance open-source tools (FOSS) and implement LLMs within code solution workflows. • Build and manage containerized environments utilizing Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines. • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks across cloud-based AI services.
