What You'll Need • Possess a (technical) college entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or equivalent (e.g., state-certified technician/business administrator). • Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level. • Exhibit diligence, responsibility, and discretion in your approach. • Possess empathy, compassion, a genuine enjoyment of working with people, and resilience. • Prior experience in a voluntary social year, federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
