The Role

• Locate and resolve malfunctions through repairs and adjustment corrections
• Set up and change formats on production lines, including start-up procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance and optimize equipment performance
• Document all maintenance activities within the asset management system
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) measures in the workshop
• Continuously monitor product quality against established standards

What You'll Need

• Industrial training as a mechanical technician, mechanical engineer, or equivalent
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Valid residency permit and work authorization
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Meticulous attention to detail and conscientiousness
