Earl Stewart Toyota is seeking an experienced Finance Manager . This role is responsible to help develope the F&I team, delivering a clear and respectful customer experience, and maintaining strong financial performance and compliance. Oversee financing, leasing, protection product presentations, and contract completion. Build productive relationships with lenders and maintain competitive financing options. Monitor deal flow, funding, contracts in transit, product performance, and chargebacks.

Ensure accurate paperwork and consistent compliance with applicable laws, lender requirements, and dealership policies. Proven automotive F&I management experience; Finance Manager experience preferred. Strong knowledge of dealership financing, leasing, lender relationships, and F&I compliance. Commitment to treating customers fairly and making the purchase process easy to understand.
