Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers
Location: Orange City, FL

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to validate application functionality in UAT environments.
Triage automated test failures, investigate root causes, resolve configuration issues, and coordinate with development and QA teams to address defects.
Execute automated test suites, monitor results, document defects, and prepare regular testing status reports for project stakeholders.
Develop new automation scripts, maintain existing test assets, and support continuous improvements in test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Experience in software test automation using Selenium WebDriver, automated test scripting, failure triage, configuration troubleshooting, UAT execution, and testing status reporting. Experience supporting New York State departments and healthcare programs is preferred.
Technical Skills	Selenium WebDriver, Test Automation, Automated Test Scripting, Test Case Execution, UAT Testing, Test Failure Triage, Configuration Troubleshooting, Defect Tracking, Test Status Reporting, Regression Testing
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting public-sector technology initiatives involving New York State departments, government applications, business workflows, and operational processes. Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Experience supporting healthcare program applications involving Medicaid and Medicare processes, eligibility, enrollment, claims, and related business transactions. Experience coordinating UAT activities, documenting test outcomes, communicating defects, and supporting quality assurance and release readiness across government or healthcare application environments.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and executing automated suites in UAT environments.
Familiarity with New York State department projects and Medicaid or Medicare program applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to investigate test failures and resolve configuration issues.
