Job Description

We are looking for a Pega AI Engineer / Pega Developer with strong experience in Pega PRPC, Pega workflow development, AI/GenAI, and healthcare payer operations.

The candidate will work on intelligent healthcare workflows involving claims, prior authorization, appeals, member/provider operations, and payment-related processes.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Pega PRPC development
Strong experience with Pega 8.x
Pega Case Management, workflow and business rules
Experience with Pega Decisioning / AI capabilities
Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI
Experience integrating LLMs, APIs, or AI services with enterprise applications
Strong REST/SOAP API integration experience
Java/J2EE and SQL experience
Experience with Pega integrations and data models
Healthcare payer / health insurance domain experience
Understanding of claims, prior authorization, appeals, providers, members, or payment integrity
Experience automating manual healthcare operational processes
Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience
