Job Description

ServiceNow Administrator (CMDB, ITIL), Hybrid
We have an immediate need for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & ITIL Process Governance Administrator with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM processes, data governance, configuration management, and ITIL frameworks to support enterprise service management and governance initiatives.
This is a hybrid position based in Wayne, PA; Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or Scottsdale, AZ, requiring 3 days onsite, for a candidate with strong experience in ServiceNow administration, CMDB management, ITSM modules, Configuration Management, Service Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CSDM, ITIL processes, data normalization, data quality management, governance policies, reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
